Oceanic HW Fluids

Oceanic HW fluids are water based hydraulic fluid specifically formulated for use in modern subsea production control systems. Their low viscosity promotes optimum system response, while a sophisticated additive package provides a high degree of protection against wear, corrosion and microbiological degradation. The Oceanic HW fluids have been developed in close consultation with equipment and component manufactures for use worldwide to deliver maximum system safety and reliability.

Oceanic HW500 Series

High performance, water-based hydraulic fluids. Oceanic HW500 fluids are used in open and closed loop Subsea Production control systems and as industry standard fluids are specified by equipment manufacturers.

Oceanic HW500P Series

Oceanic HW500P fluids are Oceanic HW500 Series fluids with a trace of fluorescent dye to facilitate leak detection. They are industry standard fluids and are specified for use by
equipment manufacturers.

Erifon BOP fluids are water based hydraulic fluid, specifically formulated for use in modern drilling blow-out preventer control systems. The Erifon BOP fluids exhibit excellent stability, corrosion protection, and anti-wear lubrication properties. They also possess a high resistance to microbiological attack.

Erifon HD 603HP is a field proven, dilutable, waterbased hydraulic fluid specifically formulated for use in high-pressure open / vent to sea Blow Out Preventer (BOP) control systems.

Erifon Motion Compensator / Tensioner Fluids are explosion resistant water based hydraulic fluids for use in riser tensioner, motion compensator, drill string compensator, crown compensator systems and in tension leg platforms.

Erifon motion compensator fluids are compatible with each other, have excellent stability, effectively prevent corrosion in liquid and vapour phase and are compatible with materials typically used in offshore equipment.

Oceanic SST5007 is used for testing and storage of steel umbilicals. Oceanic 2/00 Series fluids are used for flushing, testing and transport of thermoplastic umbilicals.

Oceanic Leak Tracer Series is a non-hazardous, fluorescent liquid dye, soluble in polar solvents such as methanol, water, glycol-based fluids.

Cleaning Fluids

Erifon Systems Cleaner - Grotanol NOS

Schülke grotanol NOS microbiocidal system cleaner is suitable for use with Erifon and Oceanic water based fluids. It is a highly alkaline cleaner for antimicrobial and detergent treatment of contaminated systems.

Oceanic CW (Calcium Wash)

A liquid acid developed to remove Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate and other marine deposits from subsea structures without harming seals or alloys.

Greasil 4000

Greasil 4000 is a water repellent, non-melting silicone grease lubricant. Greasil 4000 although not soluble in water based hydraulic fluids does not affect the fluid performance when used as a connector or assembling lubricant.

Specialty Product Range

Lo-Tork Envirolube

Lo-Tork Envirolube is designed to provide additives that give high performance in various types of mud systems. Lo-Tork Envirolube is based upon chemicals
that are environmentally approved and it has been fully tested for PARCOM regulations and is being recommended for use in water based muds.
